Crossroad Collectibles, a collectible store located in Frontier Mall, will close to move to Warren AFB at the turn of the new year, and they have plans to open a new public storefront in Spring 2025!

A glimpse at the history

Crossroad Collectibles is a collectibles store that opened (and held a grand opening) on October 7th, 2023; back then, they occupied the former Samuel's Jewelry at Frontier Mall. More specifically, this is the space currently labeled as #48 next to Dillard's which was once, long ago, occupied by Burri Jewelers.

By mid-February 2024, Crossroad Collectibles had moved to the former Gymboree, space#44, across the hall from the present-day Bourbon Street Candy Co, and that's where the store is located as of the time of publishing this article.

Over the last few weeks, they've been having seasonal sales, including a Black Friday sale and an End of Year sale, both of which were/have been advertised throughout the Frontier Mall.

Announcement of relocation/expansion

During a recent visit made to Frontier Mall by Optopolis, a sign was discovered at Crossroad Collectibles indicating that they would be moving to a new location. The sign states that the, "mall location [is] closing [on December] 29th," with a new location opening at the Warren AFB Base Exchange on January 13th.

The sign also states that a second but public-facing Cheyenne location will be coming in Spring 2024. It encourages visitors to follow their social media pages for updated sales, and it includes a LinkTree-branded QR code that leads to their LinkTree page.

All this information was reflected in a recent Facebook post from Crossroad Collectibles, posted on December 11th which clarifies that, "The details and location [for the main Cheyenne location] are still in the works, but it will be back and better than ever." In the comments, several people including Jeron H, Jamie B, and Candice P all congratulated Crossroad Collectibles.

At the moment, it's not clear to Optopolis where their new public-facing storefront will be located. In the meantime, however, they will have their Warren AFB location.

What would you like to see replace the former Gymboree space in Frontier Mall? Are you excited to see where things go for Crossroad Collectibles? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
