Sweet Saddle Bake Co. is a local bakery owned by Anya Turner. Anya tells Optopolis that she has been into baking since she was a teenager; in recent times, she brought her baked sweets to some of the vendor shows at Frontier Mall and found a positive response. Anya was also the owner of Frontier Nutrition Co., and with changes happening in the supplement industry, she made the decision to transition the shop into a bakery. At this time, energy drinks will still be available at Sweet Saddle Bake Co., but the supplements are no longer available. Frontier Nutrition Co. closed on Sat., Aug. 15th, and the new bakery opened on Thu., Aug. 22nd. Located at 800 S Greeley Hwy, Space B, the shop’s primary dishes currently include various flavors of mini cakes, cup cakes, and cinnamon rolls.
