As of Sep. 1st, Renzio’s Frontier Mall location had permanently closed. This was confirmed by a sign displayed on the closed-gate of the now-former restaurant; it reads that, they, “are retiring and closing this location permanently;” it also thanks customers for their patronage. It’s not clear to Optopolis what’s next for this space. For those wanting their Greek Gyro fix, you now may have to visit Arby’s, the Cheyenne Greek Festival, or–for Israeli-style gyros–the Noam’s Table food truck. Alternatively, you can visit Cafe Athens in Fort Collins or Loveland–OR nearby Renzio’s locations in Denver (Cherry Creek Mall) or Lone Tree (Park Meadows Mall).
