Dunkin’ Donuts appears to be returning to Cheyenne… finally. [Cheyenne's Retail Minute]

The apparent, soon-to-be Dunkin’, located at the southwest corner of E Pershing Blvd and Ridge Rd, recently broke ground. Some of the pavement and concrete was torn out in a pattern which appears to closely resemble previously submitted permits allowing for a drive thru to be built around the existing former USA Gasoline/Albertsons Express. Dunkin’ technically returned to Cheyenne when they opened a cafe inside of the Horse Palace Swan Ranch near the S.E. Wyoming Welcome Center, but according to Horse Palace’s website, you must be 21+ in order to enter the Horse Palace building. There’s another location inside F.E. Warren AFB, but that location isn’t in Cheyenne City Limits, and it requires base access to visit.
