7-Brew Coffee announces Opening Date (Cheyenne, WY)

7-Brew Coffee has officially announced that the public-opening day of their Cheyenne location will be January 20th, 2025, although they will have some friends and family days prior to opening officially, during which people can try 7-Brew if they so choose.

Recent events: Demolition of Subway/Inta Juice

Back in early to mid 2024, it was discovered here at Optopolis that the Subway/Inta Juice combo theme located at Dell Range Boulevard and Bluegrass Circle (across from Wendy's) would close. Both Subway and Inta Juice closed at about 2 PM on May 21st, 2024.

Around the start of June 2024, Inta Juice told Optopolis via their Instagram handle that nothing was in the works for a new Cheyenne location at that time, and that if this changes, they would post information regarding the topic. Currently, this still appears to stand true. On the other hand, Subway visitors were encouraged to visit one of the other Cheyenne locations.

At the time of the closure of Subway and Inta Juice, 7-Brew had already begun the process of moving forward with their new drive thru location. As of August 28th, the then-former Subway and Inta Juice had been demolished. Foundation, landscaping, and other features were removed by the time October rolled around, and by early November, the new 7-Brew building was already installed.

Given how quickly the 7-Brew project was progressing, it was fully anticipated here at Optopolis that 7-Brew would open at or around the start of 2025, and that prediction appears to be coming true. There was rumor/speculation that 7-Brew would open in late December 2024 (after Christmas), but if that was ever true, those plans clearly fell through (as it didn't happen).

Announcement of opening and operational dates

In a visit made by Optopolis in early January 2025, the occasional visitor to the still-not-open 7-Brew Coffee could receive a two-sided, single-page pamphlet containing some key, important dates, and it was recently shared to Cheyenne Community Connections by a Cheyenne resident. It displays the following dates and times:

The other side of the pamphlet includes a menu displaying The 7 Originals (brews), 7 Energy, Cold Brew, 7 Fizz, Classics, Teas & Lemonades, and Smoothies & Shakes. It tells customers to ask about their secret menu, a feature which many restaurants (even including Subway) do have. The normal, full menu can also be found on 7-Brew's website.

This 7-Brew is oriented primarily for car users to sit in a drive thru line. Although there is a small concrete patio on the opposite side of the building from the drive thru ordering area, people are not currently allowed to walk-up to the building and order due to safety concerns, according to a worker at 7-Brew. There are two ordering areas for drive thru users, where visitors using their vehicles can place their orders. The entry and exit to the lot is located on Bluegrass Circle next to Spring Court.

As it stands at the time of writing, their website displays twelve nearby 7-Brew locations--four in Colorado, four in Nebraska, one in South Dakota, one in Wyoming, and two in Utah. The Cheyenne location will be their second Wyoming location, making a combined total of 13 locations between these five states.
