The former International House of Pancakes (IHOP) found along Dell Range Blvd at Rue Terre has been demolished. According to the site plans, a Wells Fargo is slated to be built in its place. The proposed building is anticipated to measure approximately 5,339 square feet. The new bank will include a single-lane drive thru ATM facing Sam’s Club. The overall layout of the property will take a similar shape, with a parking lot/access-way surrounding the building. Pedestrian access is anticipated to reuse the existing sidewalk connecting to Rue Terre near Dell Range, the old entry/sidewalk which led to IHOP.
