Optopolis recently discovered plans for a brand new 7-Brew Coffee at the intersection of E Lincolnway and Crook Avenue. It appears plans may be starting to take effect; the long-since-former motel most recently occupied by Wyo-Brit Motors has been fenced off and is slated to be demolished. Similar to the existing Dell Range 7 Brew location, the new E Lincolnway shop plans to feature a two-lane drive thru setup. The drive thru will be accessible from Crook Avenue. The sidewalk along E Lincolnway and Crook Ave is anticipated to be delineated away from the roadway as part of the project. The project consists of a walk-in cooler building at about 245 sqr feet and the main drive thru coffee building at about 432 sqr feet.
