Located at 311 West 18th St just west of the Boyd Building, Presenzza is a variety/general store which opened around mid-2025, offering artwork, coffee, jewelry, alpaca textiles and clothing, Legos, planters, and home garden products. The co-owner of the new store, Jorge Valverde, tells Optopolis that Presenzza (which opened in August 2025 west of the Boyd Building) wants to be community hub. Being inside of a former CPA office, Jorge’s store includes multiple different rooms both upstairs and downstairs; according to the Presenzza website, these rooms include The Entrance, The Main Gallery, El Cafecito, Harmony Pathways studio, Tapestry Room, The Heritage Lounge, The Conservatory, and The Lego Room. Visitors will find signs directing them to each room, and in many cases, museum-like labels explain additional details, history, context, or other information. Upon entering, visitors may notice the piano; in addition to being a designer and business strategist, Jorge is a musician who is quite the piano player! Prior to operating a store front, Presenzza popped up at vendor events. The new store is open Monday to Friday at 10 AM to 6 PM.
