CHEYENNE - Tractor Supply Co. just opened their second Cheyenne-area store, located near Campstool and Hutchins on Cheyenne's east side, and it is anticipated to have a grand opening on November 15th!
A glance at recent events
Tractor Supply Co. already long-since opened their first Cheyenne-area store which is located off of Hynds Boulevard south of Horse Creek Road. According to the county property assessor, TSC#1981 was built in the year 2015; however, a property assessor photo dated January 2016 appears to indicate that the store wasn't quite ready to open just yet, as the sign wasn't even installed yet.

An exact opening date of the original Cheyenne store isn't clear to Optopolis at this time, but that store was built on a vacant plot of land, as is the case with the new east-Cheyenne store. As soon as November 2024, it was noted here at Optopolis that TSC was in the planning stages to build a second Cheyenne store.
Tractor Supply opens second Cheyenne store
Optopolis confirmed with TSC staff that the new store opened on November 8th. Located at 8418 Hutchins Drive, the new Cheyenne-TSC store can be seen off of I-80 and along Hutchins Drive, just east of Industry Drive and just west of the Volvo Nextran Truck Center.

TSC#3046 (the new store) features two self-serve dog-wash stations and is anticipated to soon include a pet relief area. A worker confirmed with Optopolis that the dog wash includes shampoo and other bath supplies; this section can be found in the back left (northwest) corner of the store. Staff told Optopolis that they will be getting more items stocked soon.
Grand Opening set for November 15th
The new TSC store is set to have a grand opening on Saturday, November 15th. TSC Staff told Optopolis that they'll have food trucks, livestock, games, and more for the event. According to their store locator, the new store is open Monday to Saturday at 8 AM to 9 PM and Sunday at 9 AM to 7 PM.
A flyer sent out to many Cheyenne residents indicates that sales will take place from November 13th to November 16th, during which free TSC hats (while still available) will be given out. According to the flyer, items that are on sale vary, with some items ranging 10 to 30 percent off and some items using a "buy X get Y for Z" deal. Additional details specific to the Grand Opening event didn't appear to be specified.
